Its been now close to 3 years, most of us are working from home or remote location. Being a father of two very young kid, I evaluated this on various parameters, and listing down several reasons why remote jobs have become more successful for people like me. I am going to list the generic point here which is applicable to majority of us working remotely. 😊

Schooling is something which can’t be performed remotely. I stay close to my kid school, so that she doesn’t get burn out due to the long commute.

The kind of work which I do requires a bit of creativity and focus time. Due to this flexible schedule I get the privilege to opt for the time when I am most productive. Sometime I work early in the morning, or late in night. When I feel less productive or dizziness I take break, and channelise my energy somewhere else. Can you do this being at office?
3. Reduced commute: In country like India where city is heavily crowded, even travelling few miles can take you hours. Remote jobs eliminate the need for a daily commute, which can save employees time and money.
